I have recieved a lot of emails about the Snapfish offer and it not working for some so I wanted to share an update with everyone that I read over at Freebies 4 Mom:

Please read this comment from Stephen, a Snapfish employee:

Quick Note on what might help.

1. If you are already a member you must log out and then click on the link. If you are logged in and click on the link, the credit will not appear.

2. There is no coupon code. Once you have logged out and clicked on the link you navigate back to your account page. If you click in the top right section under YOUR ACCOUNT you should see a free photo book listed in your credits section.

3. Yes, we are experiencing high call volume as well as high chat volume. Our customer service team is working non stop to address all the issues, wait times are longer than normal.

4. You should not be receiving an email saying you were charged $29.99 for your photo book, if you are then that is an error we can correct for you. Please forward that email to customer service and they will take care of it for you.

Finally thank you for all the patients and excitement around the offer, we appreciate all your feedback.
