Wordlock: Review & Giveaway

When you think of ordinary locks such as combination locks and padlocks, what is your biggest complaint? Lost keys? Can’t remember the combination? Yes, me and my family are definitely victims of forgotten numbers and who-put- the- key where syndrome that often accompanies many locks we have bought.

If you have ever lost a combination or a set of keys before, there is a solution and it’s a worthy one to have on hand! With WordLock, you won’t ever have to worry about lost combinations again! It is the first lock that enables you to use letters and words as a combination that can be set and reset.

We received the Wordlock Bike Lock for review which my husband seemed pretty interested in when I opened it up. So I asked his personal opinion to which he replied:” I don’t know…I think it’s a good idea, but it can go both ways. Yeah it’s great for not forgetting your combination but I think it would be too easy for potential thieves to unlock.”

So we put it to the test. I simply followed the easy instructions to set up a personal 4 letter code (which can create up to 10,000 different letter combinations) and asked him to see if he could unlock it. After about 10 tries, he gave up. What word did I use? Lock of course, lol. He was so busy trying to figure out any obvious word that he thought I would have chosen that he didn’t get the most obvious one:) So yes, it does pass the test on being safe enough to use and not worrying about it being tamper proof.

If you have a bike on your Christmas list this year, I highly suggest adding a Wordlock bike lock to your list as well. At only $14.99 it’s a great gift idea that can give you peace of mind and potentially save you money.

You can also purchase additional Wordlock products that include padlocks, luggage locks, sports locks, solid brass locks, utility locks and cable locks, all in a variety of colors to suit just about anyone’s sense of style.

Wordlock products are available nationwide at Target,Kmart, Ace Hardware,TrueValue, Wordlock.com as well as online at Amazon.com. And at only $14.99 SRP, it makes a smart as well as affordable gift idea.
