Here are the details:
1. Sign up for Fresh Rewards
2. Add 10 Reminders to your calendar (birthdays, anniversaries, etc)
3. Wait for the points to be added to your account. It can take up to 2 weeks.
4. Check your email for the $40 savings pass or (2) $20 savings passes
5. Enjoy your free $40 savings pass to order Free Flowers or Gift Baskets!
Hi. I just signed up for Fresh Rewards and added 3 Gift Reminders. When checking my account balance, it still said I had a 0 point balance, instead of 3 x 40 points. I e-mailed customer service to find out what’s going on (don’t want to keep adding dates if I am not getting points…)
Hi Leah, per the post, it can take up to 2 weeks before the points will be placed into your account. This special offer is only good for a limited time though, so definately add those reminders. Besides, who can’t use a little reminder before a special date?
Hi Jennifer. Thanks for getting back to me. I saw your comment on it taking up to two weeks AFTER I filled out my comment – silly me! You got back to me much quicker than 1800-Flowers, though – still waiting to hear from them! =) (PS My 10 dates have been added – 11, actually, just to be sure. Thanks!)
