BJ’s Wholesale Club: 7 Meal Ideas for Under $12!

If you have a BJ’s wholsale club near you (and not already a member) it’s worth your time to go and check it out! Me and my sister are both members and to save on membership costs, we split the cost  each year and our savings alone make up the cost of membership!!

While I don’t do all my grocery shopping there, I find huge savings on the things my family uses most and by buying in larger quantities, I find that it lasts my family much longer too.

Here is a list of items that I purchase only from BJ”s wholesale club (this is my constant list although I may not need to buy the items each time I go shopping which is twice a month):

Stroehmann Bread @ 2/$3. Even when my grocery stores sells this bread at B1G1F at $3.19, this is by far the best  price and we stock up by buying several loaves and freezing them.

Scott Toilet Tissue (30 rolls) @ $17.99. This pk will last my family of 5 for 3 mths ( yes I did in fact do the research and mark off the days on calendar to my next purchase!!) I love the fact that I never have to run out at last minute and pay $1.19 for a roll or $3.99 for a 4 pk.

Kraft Individual Sliced Cheese (5 lb pkg) @ $10.49 (was $9.99 until last month!) While I didn’t like the $.50 price hike, with deli cheese at $6.99 a lb, this certainly saves me money as we make a lot of school sandwiches throughout the week! This pack will last my family almost a month!

I have a few other things on my list but I wanted to let you all know about the 7 meal ideas that you can get for under $12. Another added bonus to BJ’s Wholesale club is they accept manufacterer’s coupons! If you purchase a wholesale product that has 2 items in a package, you can use 2 coupons for that item and so forth and even combine with a BJ’s store coupon!  This is yet another reason why I love to shop at BJ’s!
